We ship across Switzerland and the European Union with one flat rate per order. Orders are prepared within two business days and delivered by tracked courier. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back and we will guide you through the process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Every tea and botanical lists its full ingredients on the product page. Our products are packed in a facility that also handles nuts and sesame. If you have a specific allergy question, write to us before ordering.
